I'm an ASHI certified home inspector specializing in Home Buyers Inspections, Pre-listing Inspections, and Radon Testing for the past 5 years. I do thorough home inspections that come complete with a computer generated report covering everything from the roof and grounds of a home to interior and electrical and everything in between. The purpose of a home inspection is a visual inspection of the structure and components of a home. In my reports I will describe the physical condition of the home and indicate anything that may need repaired or replaced.

Typically a home inspection takes between 2 to 3 hours and you will have the report within 24 hours unless it needs to be expedited in special circumstances.
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas found in soils, rock and water throughout the U.S. Radon is a threat to health because it tends to collect in homes, sometimes very high concentrations.
In both new and older homes, the best way to ensure that you are well informed about the strengths and weaknesses of a property is to have us give you a professional home inspection. We are trained to identify areas, both small and large, that may have been overlooked by the previous owners and to identify which require immediate attention.
By having a pre listing inspection performed on the property you are selling you will have a sharp edge over your competition. The home inspection will point out “Major Concerns” that should be addressed so they don’t deter or “Scare” buyers away from the house when it is inspected by the buyer’s inspector.
